Snow Day in Staveland

Groundhog Day and it snowed so much we gave Staveland the day off… a Snow Day!  So Martha and I decided to take advantage of all the snow and we went tubing in our front yard. The Stave weather vane is in our front yard flower garden, a gift from our employees.  No groundhog shadow here!

What’s Wrong With This Picture?

Lunch at Caneel Bay… then breakfast in Hartford airport looking outside. Are we crazy? Why did we come back?

YIKES! Get me out of this place!

Look at what we’ve had to put up with here on St.John. This hermit crab bite my finger when I picked it up…OUCH!  And I found this scorpion in our bathroom sink and it definitely wanted to bite me. It could not get out of the slippery basin so I ‘helped’ it down the drain. It was as long as my index finger, a BIG one!
